DexCare Appoints Siva Vadivelu as Chief Financial Officer, and Kimberley Haley as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations
DexCare, Inc. today announced the appointment of Siva Vadivelu as chief financial officer (CFO), and Kimberley Haley as senior vice president of commercial operations. Vadivelu and Haley will support DexCare’s financial, revenue, and growth strategies to accelerate market adoption of the company’s care orchestration platform, which enables health systems to serve more patients with the same clinical resources.
“Healthcare in America is at an inflection point where technology can increase patient access, maintain a capacity of caregivers, and control costs to create a system that works for everyone, everywhere,” said Derek Streat, CEO of DexCare. “The addition of Siva and Kimberley, both with remarkable track records, comes at a time of rapid growth for the company. As health systems increasingly turn to critical infrastructure, like DexCare, to modernize how and where care is accessed, their expertise ensures we can innovate at scale to meet market demand.”
Vadivelu is an accomplished finance executive specializing in securing funding, driving profitable growth, and leading high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed SaaS companies to successful exits. He previously served as CFO at Convex and Shield AI and held director-level positions at BlackLine and Lytx. Vadivelu holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Haley is a revenue and sales leader with more than 20 years of experience developing and scaling SaaS-based operations to achieve market growth. Previously, she was vice president of revenue operations at Talend, and served as VP of commercial operations at Dun & Bradstreet. She holds an MBA from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Haley will play a vital role in DexCare’s commercial operations through pipeline analysis, market forecasting, and data analytics.
DexCare is critical infrastructure that manages an entire portfolio of care – from doctors and clinics to virtual and specialty – and dynamically matches patient demand for care against system capacity. DexCare delivers the operational controls to predict and assign where and how care is routed to increase patient access, to balance system capacity, and to optimize costs.
