Borg will help to develop DexCare’s top-notch talent and support the company’s continued trajectory of growth and innovation

SEATTLE – June 27, 2023 – DexCare, Inc., the leading patient demand and care access platform, has named Robin Borg, SPHR, as chief people officer (CPO). As CPO, Borg strengthens DexCare’s recruiting and talent development process, and will further unify teams across locations. With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, Borg plays an essential role to ensure DexCare attracts and retains top-notch talent to support the company’s continued growth.

“Robin has a long track record of cultivating talent to make teams more efficient, empowered and motivated,” said Derek Streat, CEO of DexCare. “We’ve always been focused on creating a purpose-driven culture because we value our talent above all else. The addition of Robin — and her expertise and relentless passion — enables DexCare to sustain its growth and build a team that is equipped to meet the mission of improving access to care.”

Borg joins DexCare’s executive leadership team following a momentous year for the company, including the acquisition of Womp, Inc., a leading e-commerce and merchandising platform.

“What attracted me to DexCare is the commitment to build a world-class company culture that drives our mission,” said Borg. “I believe that a healthy organization provides the capacity to achieve in all other disciplines. My goal is to foster a workplace where people love their jobs and feel that their work is impactful and valued. Everything we do has a purpose, and every person on our team should know how they contribute.”

Borg has had a distinguished career that spans healthcare and software-as-a-service, and she has held executive-level positions at Optum, Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, Galileo, PerfectServe, Cantel Medical, Be The Match, and Surest. She has a particular passion for working with early-stage, high-growth companies. In her most recent position, she delved into the venture capital space as a company talent partner for Transformation Capital, a digital health growth equity firm, dedicated to supporting commercial-stage companies focused on improving people’s health and the sustainability of the healthcare system.

Robin has a master’s in organizational leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
