Interview Process
Our interviews are meant to be intentional to understand how individuals would work at DexCare. The standard interview process for most roles is:
- Recruiter Phone Screen – Learn more about DexCare and us to learn about your previous experience
- Hiring Manager Interview – meet your prospective manager and learn more about the day to day working on the team
- Interview 1 – Participate in a case study, panel interview or take-home assignment for the team to get to know your thought process
- Interview 2 – Meet an executive leader of the organization or a cross functional team member to more deeply understand DexCare and our culture
