Speakers

Dr. Sarah Matt

Dr. Matt trained as a physician and surgeon before building C-suite experience across digital health startups, including a private equity exit, and leading clinical AI and digital transformation strategy at Oracle Health, one of the largest health IT platforms in the world.

She’s been in the rooms where policy gets written, technology gets sold, and care models get designed at scale. And she’s watched most of them fail at the implementation layer, not because the technology was wrong, but because clinicians aren’t in the room when systems are designed.

That’s the gap she’s spent the last decade closing. Today she advises health systems, payers, digital health companies, and investors who need someone who can tell the difference between a real use case and a compelling demo.

She’s also the author of The Borderless Healthcare Revolution.

Jen Melby

Jen brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of consumer strategy, digital innovation, and healthcare operations. She spent more than a decade at Piedmont Healthcare, rising to Vice President of Consumer Experience and Digital Innovation, where she led the build-out of large-scale digital platforms, mobile apps, patient portals, online scheduling, across a 2,000+ member physician network serving nearly two million patients in Georgia.

From there she moved into a senior advisory role at AVIA, helping health system leaders translate digital strategy into scalable enterprise execution. And earlier this year, she launched Melby Advisory, a strategy-to-execution consultancy focused on helping healthcare and digital health organizations turn ambitious ideas into practical, measurable outcomes.

She has a rare ability to operate at every layer of a complex organization, from boardroom strategy to frontline delivery, and she knows exactly where most digital transformations break down.
